Business analytics drives innovation in today’s digital landscape. Organisations across industries are constantly seeking for new insights to gain a competitive advantage and inform decision-making. They need professionals who can realise and optimise the value from initiatives to develop their analytics capabilities. 

The MBAP course is an intermediate 3-day course that equips participants with the knowledge and skills to successfully deliver valuable business analytics initiatives. It integrates best practices from product management, agile methodologies, and data analytics to provide an effective approach to managing analytics projects.  

This course is part of the Data Science, Digital Products & Platforms and Graduate Certificate in Analytics Project Management series offered by NUS-ISS.

Prerequisite 
Participants should have a basic understanding of product management, agile methodologies, or data science. Prior experience in one or more of these areas is beneficial. Previous involvement in a data analytics project or completion of a Data Science course would provide a solid foundation.
