This Professional Certificate course is suitable for:
- Senior executives with transformation, innovation, e-business, organisational excellence and/or change management responsibilities who wish to strengthen their leadership capabilities to pivot and bring about transformation in the business for competitive advantage;
- Senior executives who are transitioning into such roles in the near future or preparing to further their careers as digital leaders.
This is an intensive hands-on 6 days course, where participants are expected to do prior readings, class preparation and to engage actively in class discussions and/or projects.
Participants will follow the curriculum and schedule offered for the same module in the Master of Technology in Digital Leadership programme.
Prerequisites
- Given the strategic orientation of the module, participants should typically have at least 10 years of professional experience.
- Participants should have prior knowledge on digitalisation or digital transformation, and how they enhance business competitiveness.
- Participants may be required to furnish supporting document for consideration to join the course.
What to Bring
Bring Your Own Laptop – Participants are required to bring your own internet-enabled laptop with these recommended configuration; Intel Core i5 (sixth generation or newer) or equivalent, Microsoft Windows 10 Professional, 8GB (or higher) RAM. The recommended web browser is Google Chrome to access courseware on the ISS learning management system. No printed course materials will be issued.

Professional Certificate
Participants must attend at least 75% of the course and attain a minimum overall score of 50% to be awarded with NUS-ISS Professional Certificate in Managing Digitalisation Complexity at the end of the course.
This is one of the Professional Certificate courses in Digital Leadership programme. This course is eligible to stack to the Master of Technology in Digital Leadership degree. For consideration into the Master degree, an average of 60% across all relevant Professional Certificate courses is required.

All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
