Who Should Attend
The course is designed for:

Product Owners, Programme Managers, Project Managers, and IT Managers who are seeking to foster product-thinking culture and establish collaborative processes within their organisations.

Teams undergoing business transformation and seeking to incorporate product-centric approach in their future state. As product thinking is founded upon cross-functional collaboration between teams involved in the design and implementation of products and services, this course would benefit strategic leaders, technologists, and business stakeholders (such as PMO, Marketing, Sales).
Prerequisites
There are no work experience level prerequisites to attend this course. Participants with prior years of relevant experience working with functional teams for product and service delivery will benefit more from the course.

Examine how digital transformation influences product development across industries. Identify key digital elements and explore how emerging technologies can be leveraged to align with the product approach, enabling organisations to adapt to challenges.
Applying Product Thinking for Different Types of Organisations
Discuss real-world challenges and strategies for adopting the various parts of product thinking in an organisation.

Course Confirmation
All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
