To meet rising customer expectations and ensure long-term sustainability in a changing business landscape, organisations must evolve by adopting a product-centric approach. Product Thinking enables organisations to build better products by balancing customer-centricity, business considerations, and technical constraints.

Product Thinking for Organisations (PTO) course provides a foundational introduction to product thinking. In contrast to traditional project management approaches, this course facilitates practices that help organisations transform to a culture characterised by strategic long-term ownership and business-driven outcomes. Complementing other courses that focus on the tangible responsibilities of a product manager, this 2-day course will equip learners with actionable strategies to evolve their organisation into an agile environment grounded in product thinking principles.

This course is part of the Digital Products & Platforms series offered by NUS-ISS.
