Who Should Attend
Digital leaders, software engineers, AI engineers or Infocomm technology (ICT) professionals who are interested to use intelligent software robots, virtual assistants and RPA methods to improve their organization processes and operations. For example, to provide a better customer engagement experience and/or reduce customer servicing costs.
Prerequisites
Participants are expected to possess the following:
- Basic programming skills such as python.
- Linux shell scripting is a plus, but not mandatory.
What to Bring
No printed course materials will be issued.
Participants must bring their internet-enabled computing device (laptop recommended) with power charger to access and download course materials, as well as conduct workshops.

Certificate of Completion
Participants have to meet a minimum attendance rate of 75% and are required to pass the assessment to be issued a Certificate of Completion.

Course Confirmation
All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
