Digital Leadership and Transformation for Corporate

The Digital Leadership and Transformation for Corporate Programme is a structured capability development pathway designed to equip leaders with the mindsets and skillsets required to drive digitalisation initiatives within complex business environments.

The programme comprises three integrated courses, eight modules, and a 10-day practice project. Together, they develop leaders across three critical capability domains:


  1. Strategic and Analytical Leadership
    Participants build strategic foresight capabilities, assess organisational digital maturity, and strengthen data-driven decision-making. This ensures leaders can prioritise effectively, manage uncertainty, and make sound decisions grounded in evidence rather than intuition alone.
  2. Emerging Technology Literacy and Governance
    Leaders gain practical understanding of generative AI, smart systems, robotics, and their business plications. Equal emphasis is placed on governance, ethics, risk management, and responsible adoption—ensuring technology integration is deliberate, secure, and mission-aligned.
  3. Transformation Execution and Organisational Change
    The programme strengthens leaders’ ability to translate strategy into execution through Lean-Agile practices, product and platform thinking, and structured change management. Participants learn to improve flow, align stakeholders, sustain adoption, and embed continuous improvement into daily work.

The 10-day Practice Module consolidates learning by requiring participants to apply digital transformation leadership and tools to real organisational challenges, moving from conceptual understanding to implementation capability.

Overall, the programme is designed not merely to raise awareness of digital trends, but to develop leaders who can evaluate technology choices, strengthen organisational capability, and execute transformation initiatives with discipline and clarity within the organizational context.

The Digital Leadership and Transformation for Corporate Programme comprises of the following three courses:

This course equips leaders with the strategic, digital, and analytical capabilities required to drive transformation in complex environments. Participants will develop foresight skills to interpret emerging trends and uncertainties, assess and strengthen their organisation’s digital maturity, and apply structured data-driven decision-making approaches to real business challenges. The course integrates strategic sense-making, digital capability development, and practical analytics application to enable leaders to make sound decisions and lead sustainable digital transformation efforts.  More Info
Course 2: Emerging Technologies (3 Days)
This course provides leaders with a practical understanding of emerging technologies and their governance implications. Participants will explore the foundations and applications of generative AI, examine ethical and governance considerations for responsible adoption, and gain insights into smart systems and robotics, including human–machine collaboration and simulation-enabled optimisation. The course prepares leaders to evaluate technological opportunities, manage risks, and make informed decisions about integrating advanced technologies into their organisations.  More Info
Course 3: Leading Transformation: Agility, Product & Change (3 Days)
This course develops leaders’ capabilities to drive organisational transformation through agility, product thinking, and structured change practices. Participants will learn how Agile and Lean principles improve flow, innovation, and operational effectiveness; apply product and platform thinking to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions; and use practical change management approaches to guide stakeholder alignment and sustain new ways of working. The three courses can be taken in any order. Completion of all the three courses will lead to the award of a Professional Certificate.
