Joanna has over 16 years’ experience in the digital industry, covering all aspects of digital marketing, e-commerce and social media. She brings with her a broad perspective having worked client side to drive business transformation from within Singapore Airlines and British Airways, as a Senior Consultant working across sectors at Ogilvy & Mather, and now from a media owner’s perspective at Google where over the last 5 years she has helped big brands and agencies embrace digital as a business enabler.

Jo has been recently appointed as the Country head for Google Singapore responsible for the development of Google’s sales and business development operations from the Singapore hub. She prides herself on driving business criticality into digital, and is committed to industry education. She is a regular industry speaker and thought leader, and has recently authored an ebook ‘Winning at the Zero Moment of Truth Asia’ – a look into the role of digital in the path to purchase for consumer goods brands.

Jo has a BA Joint Honours from the University of Manchester, UK.
