PUAN Chi Heng


Chi Heng in his capacity as a Digital Media Director in Havas Media Singapore, manages the local client fronting team’s digital capabilities along with his teams of digital managers, planners and executives. Chi Heng is responsible for setting the overall digital approach, helping clients get on-board to digital, working with the various integrated and digital teams to deliver against digital goals as well as acquiring new businesses. Over the last 2 years in Havas, Chi Heng has worked on a wide spectrum of industries, pitched and won businesses like CAG, WRS, SMU and influenced digital strategies for large local businesses like Singtel and Fairprice.

As a digital aficionado, Chi Heng has had the good fortune to channel his passion into his craft, and have also been recognized by the numerous industry awards for the work he has done together with his clients, he was also recognized as the inaugural “Digital Practitioner of the Year “by the Hall of Fame in 2013.  From achievements such as creating a mobile app to help mothers along their journey, enabling home delivery for Friso from scratch, helping Heineken reach a million views on YouTube when the YouTube advertising platform launched in Singapore, and even establishing an Online-to-Offline conversion framework for CAG, Chi Heng strives to push the boundaries on what Digital Media can deliver for his clients.
