Leong Kai Seng is currently working as the Director (Security Implementation & Management Services) in Integrated Health Information Systems Pte Ltd (IHIS) and responsible for driving cybersecurity technology exploration, implementation and operation for the public healthcare.   He is also involved in the development of appropriate cybersecurity strategies and action plans as well as application security and architecting.

A leader with more than 20 years of experience in government and healthcare sectors and experience in stakeholder management, strategic planning, driving large ICT projects from conceptualisation till implementation (in areas of cyber security, infrastructure, end-user computing) and operation management.  Prior to joining IHIS, he hold management positions in organizations such Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) and Central Provident Fund Board (CFPB).    He is certified in Certified Information Systems Security Professional  (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO), CEH, ECSA, ITIL and COMIT.
