Dr. Ashish Kumar works in the domains of economics, operations and customer experience in Bell Labs Consulting, part of Nokia group (which he joined in 1999). He also leads consulting engagements in the Asia Pacific region. His recent consulting projects include projects delivered in Singapore to help enhance the resilience and future-proof-ness of telecom networks. He has worked in product development in consulting, analytics and security. He has delivered business benchmarking and market entry studies for operators in ten countries in Asia. He was part of the team that first implemented the managed services/ managed capacity model on a large scale for the first time in the mobile industry. He has a Ph.D. in management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, M.Tech. from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai and B.E. from IIT Roorkee. He has six academic papers and one book to his credit.

Kushal oversees the development and implementation of revenue and customer growth initiatives at TeamStreamz. Before joining the founding team of TeamStreamz, Kushal was with Oracle for over a decade in various Sales leadership roles across Asia Pacific and Japan – building and scaling successful sales and customer success operations. He dreams of “organisations of the future” which will need to harness mobility, data and behavioural sciences. Kushal has a MBA from NUS Business School and a Masters degree in Organizational Behaviour from INSEAD.
