Supply Chain Analytics and Optimisation

Traditional supply chains are viewed as cost centres and organisations are constantly redesigning their supply chain to improve their speed to market and cost by utilising different strategies like outsourcing, resource optimisation and increasing productivity. The bottomline in cost reduction measures will mean that organisations will run out of meaningful ways to reduce cost very quickly.

The modern supply chain is used as a competitive advantage to gain market share through increasing customer satisfaction while reducing cost. We will be sharing how supply chain analytics optimise and improve performance of the supply chain by redesigning supply chain and operations using insights from data.
