This course is part of the Data Science and Graduate Certificate in Customer Analytics Practice Series offered by NUS-ISS. It is the second course in a series of three courses for the Graduate Certificate in Customer Analytics.

Candidates interested in Stackable Certificate Programme in Data Science must complete two Fundamental Certificates before registering for this certificate as this is a certificate at specialist level.

  1. Advanced CRM and Customer Analytics: Stay updated on the latest developments in CRM and understand how advanced customer analytics can be effectively utilised in customer targeting and developing personalized recommendations to customers.
  2. Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Revenue Calculation: Take a deep dive into CLV and revenue calculation methodologies. Learn how to accurately assess the long-term value of customers and their contribution to overall revenue, enabling more informed decision-making and resource allocation.
  3. Propensity and Attrition Modeling: Explore Propensity Modeling techniques to optimise campaign targeting and increase response rates; understand how to predict and prevent customer churn by implementing proactive retention strategies based on predictive analytics.
  4. Apply Generative AI techniques including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and LangChain to build up chatbots for customer service in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
