Campaign Analytics course will enable participants to harness the power of data analytics to design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns with the aim of achieving tangible business growth. In today's business landscape, companies have access to vast customer databases that can be utilized to facilitate personalised, one-to-one marketing in conjunction with traditional mass communication tools.

Professionals in this field need to be adept at setting up tests within both traditional and digital realms and be skilled at executing thorough analysis, interpreting results, and assessing return on investment (ROI). Successful planning, optimisation, execution, and measurement of such campaigns necessitate a deep understanding of campaign management concepts, methods, analytical tools, data modeling techniques, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and action.

Our hands-on course offers practical guidance on selecting the optimal mix of media channels and measuring campaign effectiveness. We delve into advanced topics such as Generative AI applications in campaign analytics. Through a series of interactive workshops, participants will gain proficiency in using a variety of software tools including R, Python, and JMP to apply these concepts in real-world scenarios.

This course is part of the Data Science and Graduate Certificate in Customer Analytics Practice Series offered by NUS-ISS. It is the third course in a series of three courses for the Graduate Certificate in Customer Analytics.

Candidates interested in Stackable Certificate Programme in Data Science must complete two Fundamental Certificates before registering for this certificate as this is a certificate at specialist level.

All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
