In today’s fast-moving and competitive world, organisations must continuously innovate using not just through technologies, but through mindset, behaviour, and experience.
This course introduces participants to a Human-Centred Design innovation framework that brings together User-Centred Innovation, Design Thinking, Ethnographic Research, Customer Experience Design and Artificial Intelligence. These concepts form the foundation for creating meaningful, user-driven innovation.
What sets this programme apart is its immersive Innovation Escape Experience, a story-driven, high-energy simulation where participants learn innovation by an Escape Room Experience, rather than simply discussing concepts. Teams work collaboratively under time pressure, teams navigate ambiguity, uncover user needs, frame problems, and apply human-centred innovation methods to solve complex challenges. The immersive environment mirrors the realities of organisational change, enabling participants to build confidence in applying innovation processes, strengthen collaboration, and translate new mindsets and tools into practical workplace action.
This course is part of the Digital Innovation & Design series offered by NUS-ISS.
