Principal Lecturer & Consultant, IT Strategy & Management Practice


Nicholas has been designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions and services since 2000 in regional and global organisations.  Prior to joining ISS, he oversaw enterprise technology in Asia, Middle East and Africa for the world’s largest hotels group.  He led and facilitated the business, cultural and technical changes necessary to implement systems in the areas of Knowledge Management; cloud-based Food & Beverage reservation and sales; and Customer Relationship Management supporting marketing and customer service.

Before joining the hospitality industry, Nicholas was in the logistics industry, where he worked in one of the world's largest defence contractor, and in the world's second largest port operator, to design and deliver systems that manage, monitor and track logistics across theatres of operation and ports of call.
