As organisations accelerate digital transformation and technology-enabled change, success depends not only on delivering solutions, but also on achieving adoption, sustained behavioural change, and measurable business outcomes.
This course is designed for professionals transitioning from specialist or practitioner roles into leadership positions, where success increasingly depends on influencing people, aligning stakeholders, and guiding organisations through change.
Participants will develop the knowledge and practical skills required to diagnose organisational change challenges, assess readiness, engage stakeholders, manage resistance, and lead change initiatives in complex environments. Through a combination of systems thinking, organisational change frameworks, and applied workplace scenarios, participants will learn how to translate digital and organisational change strategies into effective action.
The course emphasises the human and organisational dimensions of transformation, covering topics such as organisational culture, stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership, behaviour change, and adoption measurement. Participants will also explore recognised change approaches and develop practical strategies to reinforce, sustain, and continuously improve change outcomes.
Throughout the course, Participants will apply their learning to real-world organisational contexts, enabling them to address change challenges that are directly relevant to their workplace.
