Overview
Managers operating in digital and AI-enabled organisations must make sense of complex situations, exercise judgement under uncertainty and mobilise stakeholders across functions and hierarchies. They are often expected to act without complete information or formal authority, while navigating competing priorities, organisational constraints, data-driven recommendations and AI-supported decisions.
This course equips managers to interpret fragmented technical, organisational and environmental signals, frame complex problems and develop coherent narratives that support leadership decision-making. Participants examine how to clarify decision authority, apply appropriate decision logic and use data and AI responsibly without displacing human judgement or accountability.
The course also develops managers’ ability to build credibility, influence without formal authority and navigate high-stakes situations involving conflict, negotiation, crisis and organisational transformation. Participants design practical approaches for managing stakeholder motivations, power dynamics and interdependencies, enabling them to orchestrate collaboration and achieve shared outcomes across organisational boundaries.
