Organisations today need more than efficient processes - they need intelligent operations that can analyse information, make decisions and coordinate actions across business functions. As Agentic AI and intelligent automation become increasingly embedded in business operations, professionals must learn how to combine analytics, AI and autonomous workflows to support operational decision making, coordinate enterprise actions and continuously optimise business performance.

Analytics for Process Excellence is a practical, hands-on 4-day course designed for professionals who want to leverage analytics, AI and intelligent automation to redesign business operations. Through real-world case studies and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to optimise workflows, orchestrate AI-powered processes and build adaptive operational systems that continuously improve business performance.

Pre-requisitesParticipants should have a basic understanding of business data and an interest in applying analytics and AI to customer-related challenges. Prior completion of Data-Driven Consumer Business Models is preferred. Some familiarity with basic statistics and analytics as well as Python programming would be beneficial

The ISS Certificate of Completion will be issued to participants who have attended at least 75% of the course and pass the required assessments.

Course Confirmation

All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
