In today's digital economy, organisations must continuously innovate to meet evolving consumer expectations while creating sustainable business value. This course equips professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to leverage data, analytics and AI to identify business opportunities, design innovative consumer-centric business models, evaluate strategic options and drive transformation across services, products and operational processes.

Participants will learn how to apply business innovation frameworks, consumer insights, analytics together with Generative AI and AI-assisted decision-making techniques to reimagine customer experiences, develop new product and revenue opportunities, and optimise business operations. Through real-world case studies and hands-on activities, participants will develop an integrated business model proposal that combines service, product and process innovations into a coherent business strategy.

Pre-requisites
Participants should have a basic understanding of business data and an interest in applying analytics and AI to customer-related challenges. Some familiarity with basic statistics and analytics as well as Python programming would be beneficial.

Course Confirmation

All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
